HOT TAMALE CASSEROLE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 Jar Cookwell & Co Red Pepper & Tomato Soup
1 pkg Rosita's tamales
1 pkg chorizo
1 C diced tomatoes
2 C colby jack cheese shredded
2 C cooked rice

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl combine soup, rice and tomatoes. Remove Chorizo from casing and saute until cooked, drain. Remove tamales from husks and spread evenly across bottom of casserole dish. Toip with half of soup mix and half cheese. Crumble chorizo on top and add soup and cheese. Bake at 350 25 min or until bubbly.
