I'm not a big fan of brisket, but this recipe changed my mind. The meat was so tender and flavorful, and the sauce was perfect.

This recipe is a fail. The brisket was tough and the flavor was bland. I won't be making this again.

The brisket was a little dry, but the flavor was good. I think I'll try cooking it for a shorter amount of time next time.

This recipe was easy to follow and the brisket turned out great. I used a pre-made rub, but the flavor was still excellent.

I've tried a lot of brisket recipes, but this one is by far the best. The rub is perfect, and the cooking method results in a brisket that is fall-apart tender.
