Steps:
- 1. preheat oven to 350. spray a 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray. drain spinach very well.
- 2. cook onions, garlic and mushrooms in butter until onions are translucent. Stir in Spinach.
- 3. cut cream cheese into small cubes. Layer spinach mixure and cream cheese into pie plate.
- 4. beat milk, eggs, bisquick, lemon juice and pepper until smooth. Pour over spinach.
- 5. stir in half of the parmesan cheese. Sprinkle remaining parmesan on top. Then sprinkle nutmeg on.
- 6. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
