This potato salad taste best if prepared the night before since it allows for the flavors to permeate throughout the salad, and it has a nice fruity taste after it has been refrigerated for a couple...

The potatoes were a bit undercooked for my taste. I would recommend cooking them for a few minutes longer next time.

I found the dressing to be a bit too tangy for my taste. I would recommend using less vinegar next time.
