Instant Banana Date Dessert (Vegan & Good for You Too!) image

This is so yummy & sweet & a potassium & fiber powerhouse too. I came up with it lastnight & only wish I had some vegan whipped cream to go ontop. Of course whipped cream would be a great addition! Feel free to add some if you wish. It'd work as a great diet food too, if you follow my recipe exactly it has 250 calories (dunno if Zaar will recognise vegan creamer lol so I added it up myself)

This dessert was a great way to use up some overripe bananas. It was moist and flavorful. I served it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and it was perfect.

This recipe was easy to make and the dessert turned out delicious. The only thing I would change is to add a little bit more spices. Otherwise, it was perfect.

This dessert was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still good. I think I would try it again with less sugar next time.
