This charoset is a great way to use up leftover matzo. It's also a delicious and healthy snack. I like to add a little bit of honey to mine to make it sweeter.

This charoset is delicious! I made it for my family for Passover and it was a hit. The flavor is perfect, not too sweet and not too tart. The texture is also great, it's nice and chunky. I will definitely be making this again next year.
