Need an easy Sunday dinner or something new to serve on game day? Give this Italian Beef a try. This sandwich is fantastic! It's easy to prepare. Once baked, the meat is super juicy and full of flavor. Top with cheese and serve on crusty bread for quite a delicious sandwich.

Steps:
- 1. Cut slits in roast.
- 2. Insert garlic cloves into slits. Put in large roaster or baking dish.
- 3. Mix Italian seasonings, garlic salt, red pepper flakes in a bowl. Cover roast with the seasoning.
- 4. Add pepperoncini peppers.
- 5. Mix beef base with water.
- 6. Then pour over roast.
- 7. Cover and bake in a 300 degree oven for 6-8 hours.
- 8. Remove beef from pan and shred.
- 9. Save broth and chill. Skim fat off of broth and reheat.
- 10. Serve on crusty rolls with smoky provolone and mozzarella slices and warm broth for dipping.
