Number Of Ingredients 9

2 c fresh kale, chopped
2 c broccoli florets
2 c cabbage leaves
2 c spinach, fresh
2 stalk(s) swiss chard
4 c water
3 pkg vegetable bouillon cube
1 tsp thyme, dried
1 large bay leaf

Steps:

  • 1. Boil water and add bouillon cubes, bay leaf and thyme. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes or until veggies are soft.
  • 2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3. TIP: FOR GARLIC LOVERS! Try adding 1 clove of roasted garlic to the soup before simmering.
