Jiffy Chili Pie image

This recipe is from Jiffy Corn Bread Mix. Very easy to make and easy on the budget. Goes well with a bowl of soup.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 (8 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 (15 ounce) can chili (no beans)
onion (chopped) (optional)
1/4 cup shredded cheese

Steps:

  • Beat egg.
  • Add milk to egg.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the milk and egg mixture.
  • Grease 8 x 8 baking pan.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
