Kangaroo Steaks with Marinated Mandarins image

Don't be put off by Kangaroo meat, this dish works perfectly well with beef fillet. Kangaroo however is very low in fat and cholesterol and has a flavour very similar to beef.

I thought the kangaroo steaks were delicious, but the marinated mandarins were a bit too sweet for my taste. I would probably use a different type of fruit next time.

I found this recipe to be a bit too complicated. There were too many steps and ingredients involved. I think I would prefer a simpler recipe for kangaroo steaks.
