Steps:
- 1. Combine beans, salsa, banana peppers and taco seasoning in 2-quart Crock Pot slow cooker. Cover; cooke on Low 3-4 hrs. or on High 2 hrs.
- 2. Top with cheese and green onions. Serve warm with Tortilla chips and vegetables.
