Kidney Bean Salad image

we had something like this at White Fence Farm. A restaurant here in Lakewood that went out of business. Had to figure out how to keep having this. This is what I came up with.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 can(s) red kidney beans
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 tsp red wine vinegar
1 c sour cream
3 Tbsp sugar

Steps:

  • 1. drain and rinse kidney beans.
  • 2. combine everything in a medium bowl.
  • 3. chill 2 or more hours and serve.
