Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 200ÂșC.
- Place wedges on a tray lined with baking paper. Coat lightly with oil then sprinkle with seasoning. Cook for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix together yoghurt, lime and mustard and serve with wedges.
