I'm not a huge fan of chilaquiles, but I decided to give this recipe a try and I'm so glad I did! The chilaquiles were delicious. The sauce was flavorful and the chicken was tender. I would definitely make this recipe again.

These chilaquiles were easy to make and so delicious! I used a rotisserie chicken to save time, and it worked perfectly. The sauce was flavorful and had a nice kick to it. I will definitely be making this recipe again.
