I'm not a huge fan of lemon mint, but I thought I'd give this cake a try. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it! The cake was moist and flavorful, and the lemon mint flavor was subtle but refreshing.

This cake was a bit too dense for my taste, but the flavor was good. I would recommend using a different recipe if you're looking for a lighter cake.
