I can't take credit for this cake. This used to be on the side of the Duncan Hines box. For a quick and easy dessert, this cake can't be beat. My family loves it, they also think I slave in the kitchen to make it. I just smile and say thankyou!

I'm not a huge fan of lemon desserts, but this cake was surprisingly good! The lemon flavor is subtle and not overpowering, and the cake itself is moist and delicious.
