VERY GOOD..tastes like cheesecake with lots of calories...but there isn't. A very impressive dessert in the little individual graham cracker crusts. PLACE IN THE FRIGERATOR AFTER THEY ARE COOLED.

The recipe was easy to follow and the tarts turned out great. I added a little extra lemon zest to the filling and it really made a difference. I would definitely recommend this recipe.

I'm not a huge fan of lemon desserts, but I really enjoyed these tarts. The crust was flaky and the filling was creamy and smooth. I would definitely make these again.
