I'm allergic to ginger, so I substituted ground cinnamon. The cookies still turned out great!

I followed the recipe exactly, but my cookies turned out flat and hard. I'm not sure what went wrong.

These gingersnaps are a bit too spicy for my taste, but they're still pretty good.

I've tried many gingersnap recipes, but this one is by far the best. The cookies are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and they have a wonderful spicy flavor.
