Low-Carb Beef and Turkey Meatloaf image

Great low-carb, high-protein meatloaf.

cooking spray
1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
1 pound ground turkey
3 large eggs
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a loaf dish with cooking spray.
  • Mix ground beef, ground turkey, eggs, Cheddar cheese, Worcestershire, Italian seasoning, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper thoroughly in a large mixing bowl. Place in the prepared pan. Cover.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
