I found this recipe in a Low Carb magazine. It is perfect, since my son hates shellfish, and it makes a second serving for lunch the next day! It is so delicious!

3 ounces mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1 tablespoon half-and-half
3/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
5/8 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

This dish is a bit pricey to make, but it's worth it for a special occasion.

I'm not a fan of cream cheese, so I used sour cream instead. It turned out great!

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover crab cakes. I just flaked the crab cakes into the mixture and it turned out great.

I'm allergic to crab, so I used shrimp instead. It turned out great! I think I might even like it better than the crab version.

This recipe was a bit too bland for my taste. I added some extra Old Bay seasoning and it was much better.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my crab imperial turned out too dry. I think I might have overcooked it.

I was skeptical about a low-carb crab imperial, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was just as delicious as the traditional version, but without all the guilt. I'll definitely be making this again.

I've made crab imperial before, but this recipe is by far the best. The addition of the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese makes it so creamy and decadent. I also love that it's low-carb, so I can enjoy it without guilt.

This crab imperial was a hit! My husband and I both loved it. It was rich and flavorful, with a perfect balance of crab, cheese, and Old Bay seasoning. We'll definitely be making this again.
