Steps:
- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Add cream cheese; toss until melted. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. In a skillet, cook beef and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add tomato sauce, salt and sugar; mix well. Spread over macaroni mixture. Combine egg and sour cream; spread over meat mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
