My mama came up with great recipe for parties.

Steps:
- 1. Fry sausage patties and crumble, then drain. Then add the can of ro-tel and beans and simmer. Cook the spinach and add. Add the cream cheese last of all and mix and simmer on low. Serve with either frito chip scoops or tostito chips
