MANGO GINGER LASSI image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup low-fat plain Kefir
2/3 cup frozen mango chunks (Trader Joe's has them)
1 thin slice fresh ginger root
2 tsp turbinado sugar
pinch of cardamom
a few unsalted pistachios (optional)

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to your blender in the order listed and blend until very smooth. Serve immediately in a tall glass. The pistachios are optional, and can either be blended in or chopped and sprinkled on top.
