15 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained
7 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
1 mango, medium, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4-1/2 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 -3 tablespoons lime juice

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients. Adjust seasonings if needed. Serve with tortilla chips.
