I love simple, throw together, recipes that I can make on short notice. This one is the king of them all. Easy, delicious and looks sooooooooooo good.

Steps:
- 1. Combine egg and sugar, beating well. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread evenly in a greased 8" square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool in pan; cut into bars or squares.
- 2. Carolyn's Notes: I used my electric hand mixer seeing that everything had to be "mixed well". If you do not have Maple Flavoring, use 1 tsp of Maple Syrup and 1 tst of Vanilla.
