Steps:
- Cook the beans in plenty of salted boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain immediately and rinse under cold water. Drain well. Put the beans in a large bowl and toss with oil. Season with salt and pepper, then add the parsley, tomato and vinegar. Drain onions, pat dry with paper towels and add to the beans. Toss salad, adjust seasonings and serve at room temperature.
