This pie is very good. No...it does not taste like mashed potatoes. It has a custard pie taste. I usually use Pillsbury store bought crust instead of making one. What a delicious way to use up those extra mashed potatoes. This recipe came from one of my dearest friend and grandmother.

- 1. Directions: Mix together all ingredients in a blender and pour into a deep pie crust. Sprinkle a little nutmeg on top of pie before baking.
- 2. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until firm.
