this is a recipe that was passed down from my mom who passed away 32 years ago, its delisious with or or without frosting

Steps:
- 1. Sift all the dry ingredients together, then add water, mollasses and mayonaise, mix well. pour into a well greased and floured 9x13 inch pan and Bake for 40-50 minutes. If frosting allow to cool completely first.
