This W.W spread it really great, you can prepare and refrige up to 2 days in advance.. Its great for guest as an appetizer before dinner..Or with drinks. PointPlus Value= 3

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 c 8 oz tub-style fat free cheese
1/2 chopped bottled roasted red bell pepper
1/4 chopped pitted kalamata olive
1/4 chopped fresh basil
1/4 1 oz grated fresh romano cheese
1 garlic , minced

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a med bowl, stir well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
  • 2. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture over melba toast, ot red pepper pita.
