Steps:
- Soak bread crumbs in cold water and set aside. Saute diced onion until tender. Set aside and allow to cool.
- Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine beef, pork, onions, garlic powder and bread crumbs mixed with water. Mix well and add remaining ingredients. Mix well and mold into loaves. Form in either loaf pans or a meat pan with sides high enough to hold juices.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes.
