I got this recipe from a cookbook about 20+ years ago and tweaked it for our family. It has always been a favorite and requested meal around here. I know there are many baked spaghetti dishes out there, but this one is always the one we come back to. There are never any left-overs. It's easy too!

Steps:
- 1. Brown beef with onion, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Drain if needed. Meanwhile cook vermicelli according to package directions.
- 2. Combine soup, milk, and pasta sauce- set aside.
- 3. In large microwavable bowl:layer cooked vermicelli; cooked beef; & cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese. Pour soup mixture over all.
- 4. Microwave 70% power for 10 minutes or until heated through.
- 5. Serve with salad and garlic bread slices or sticks.
