Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375. Combine the beef, stuffing mix, water, and garlic powder in a bowl. Press the meat mixture into a greased muffin tin. (12 meat loaves)
- 2. Make an indentation in each meat loaf (I use the teaspoon I used to measure the garlic powder). Squirt the ketchup in each indentation.
- 3. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle the cheese on top of each meatloaf. Return to oven and bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is golden.
