Mint Surprise Cookies, Ma image

This is a recipe of Ma's that sounds so good, but I don't know what Rockwood Chocolate Mints are. So I would use andees mints instead.

3 c sifted flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt

I'm not a huge fan of mint, but these cookies are an exception. The mint flavor is subtle and it pairs perfectly with the chocolate chips.
