Mixed Fruit with Lemon-Basil Dressing image

A slightly savory dressing really complements the sweet fruit in this recipe. I also use the dressing on salad greens. -Dixie Terry, Goreville, Illinois

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my fruit salad turned out really bland. Maybe I didn't use enough lemon juice in the dressing?

I thought the lemon-basil dressing was a bit too tart, but I think that's just a matter of personal preference. I would still recommend this recipe to others.

I thought the lemon-basil dressing was a bit too strong for the fruit. I think I would have preferred a simpler dressing, like a honey-lime vinaigrette.

This fruit salad was a bit too tart for my taste, but I think that's because I used a lot of lemon juice in the dressing. Next time, I'll use less lemon juice and see if that helps.
