I have alot of recipes clipped from our local newspaper. Heres another one:)I made this for a Christmas pot luck at work and was aked for the recipe by several people. The mix of salty and sweet is oooh so Yummy!

Steps:
- 1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. blend first bfour ingredients like a pie crust and pat into a greased 9 X13 in pan. bake for 10 min. and cool
- 3. reduce oven temp. to 250 degrees. on stove top melt butterscotch chips with Karo syrup and the 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine and pour over crust.
- 4. Pat mixed nuts over mixture and bake at 250 degrees for 10 min. Cool cut and serve.
