Got this from a message board I belong to I thought it sounded very good, I bet you could use Reese's Pieces if you wanted to as well.

Steps:
- For the cookie heat oven to 375°F
- Grease baking sheets.
- In a medium bowl sift together flour, baking soda, salt & cocoa.
- In a large bowl cream together sugar & shortening, then add egg.
- Add flour mixture and mix together.
- Add vanilla, milk & mini baking bits. Mix together.
- Drop onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 8 mininutes.
- Top each cookie with a marshmallow. Bake 3 mins longer.
- Remove from cookie sheet and allow to cool.
- For the frosting, mix butter, water, confectioners sugar and cocoa powder until smooth.
- Frost cookies, after cookies are frosted sprinkle with the additional "M&M's" Mini Baking Chocolate Bits.
