Steps:
- 1. cut stew meat & cover w/flour. cook meat in oil in frying pan, until browned. 2. reduce heat to medium & add onion and garlic to drippings. cook until onion is tender. stir in rest of flour. gradually stir in water, salt, worchester, pepper & boullion & cook, stirring constantly until slightly thickened. 3. return meat to pan, heat until boiling. put in crock pot. 4. add potatoes & carrots
