Steps:
- boil eggs for 15 minutes, and if they spin without wobbling, they are done. Cut eggs length wise with a wet sharp knife. Put the yolks in a small mixing bowl. Add miracle whip, mustard, salt, pepper and onion powder. Mix with an electric mixer (to make them creamy) until smooth. (Add a little more miracle whip if too dry, add more mustard for a stronger mustard taste). Using two spoons (or the star tip with a frosting bag), load yolk mixture into the half egg. Sprinkle with paprika (sprinkle heavy for a more seasoned taste). Keep refrigerated until you serve. If you make them ahead of time, make sure you cover them so the egg yolks don't dry out (in any container with a lid works well).
