"I make this meal on a monthly basis," writes Barbara Keith from Faucett, MIssouri. "The fish is so delicious and flaky, and it's easy to prepare, too." If you can't find catfish, purchase orange roughy or cod instead.

The mustard sauce was a little too spicy for my liking, but overall I thought this was a pretty good recipe.

This recipe was way too complicated for me. I'm not a very experienced cook and I found it difficult to follow the instructions.

I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this dish was not what I imagined. The mustard sauce was too strong for my taste and the catfish was overcooked.

I was a little hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a big fan of mustard, but I'm glad I did. The mustard sauce was not overpowering and it really complemented the catfish.

This mustard fried catfish recipe is a keeper! The fish was crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside, and the mustard sauce was the perfect complement. I will definitely be making this again.
