No-Bake Mudslide Ice Cream Pie image

Delicious adult dessert. Vanilla ice cream blended with Baileys®, Kahlua®, and espresso on top of an Oreo® crust.

½ cup Irish cream liqueur (such as Baileys®)
2 tablespoons coffee-flavored liqueur (such as Kahlua®)
1 (1.25 ounce) shot brewed espresso
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (6 ounce) prepared chocolate sandwich cookie-flavored pie crust (such as Oreo®)

Steps:

  • Mix Irish liqueur, coffee-flavored liqueur, and espresso into softened vanilla ice cream. Spoon mixture onto pie crust.
  • Refreeze pie, at least 30 minutes.
