Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 9x13 pan; set aside. Combine sauce, water, ricotta 1 cup of mozzarella, sausage, parmesan and penne. Pour into 9x13 pan and cover with foil. Bake for 55 minutes. Remove foil and top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, until bubbly.
