I can't believe there's NO BUTTER! Looking for a healthier alternative to satisfy your sweet tooth and improve lactation? Try these oatmeal lactation cookies with white chocolate chips and dried cranberries. They're soft, healthy and best of all... YUMMY!

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons flax seed meal
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup brown rice flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups oats
2 tablespoons brewer's yeast
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix the water and flaxseed meal and let sit for 3 minutes.
  • Beat applesauce and light brown sugar well.
  • Mix in egg.
  • Add flaxseed mixture and vanilla extract, beat well.
  • Sift together brown rice flour, brewer's yeast, baking soda and salt.
  • Mix in dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
  • Stir in oats, white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  • Scoop 1 inch balls onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-17 minutes.
