- Mix together oats, dark chocolate chips, honey, tahini, sunflower seeds, vanilla, and sea salt in a large bowl. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
