No-Churn Grape Sorbet image

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 cups frozen seedless green grapes
1 tablespoon fresh mint
3 tablespoons corn syrup
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Pinch of coarse salt

Steps:

  • Place grapes in a food processor with mint, corn syrup, lemon juice, and salt. Puree; freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
