No Crust Quiche image

I think my mom got this recipe off the back of a Bisquick box. We loved it so much she made it weekly partly because it is so easy to make. Still a big hit today, everyone I've ever made it for loves it.

This quiche was a little bland for my taste. I think I would add some more herbs and spices to the filling next time.

I had some trouble getting the quiche to set. I think I may have overcooked it. But the flavor was still good.
