This is a great recipe. You don't have to add a bunch of sugar with the condensed milk. Light not to sweet but sweet enough custard like pie. If ya like it a little sweeter you can add 1/5 c of brown sugar. Thanksgiving must.

Steps:
- 1. Whisk eggs
- 2. Add condensed milk and whisk well
- 3. Add cinnamon clove ginger nutmeg and mix well ( if adding brown sugar do it now)
- 4. Add pumpkin and mix well
- 5. Pour into crust and bake in preheated 450° oven for 15 minutes
- 6. Turn oven down to 350 ° and continue to bake 30 - 40 minutes or until crust is browned and pie is almost set.
- 7. Serve warm or cold with whip cream
