I've never made lamb stew before, but this recipe made it easy. I'm definitely going to make it again.

I would make this stew again, but I would make a few changes. I would use a different cut of meat, and I would add more vegetables.

Overall, I thought this stew was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

The lamb in this stew was a bit tough. I think I would have been better off using a different cut of meat.

I found this stew to be a bit bland. I had to add extra salt and pepper to taste.

I wasn't sure how this stew would turn out without any egg yolks, but I was pleasantly surprised. The sauce was still thick and creamy, and the lamb was very tender.

I made this stew last night and it was delicious! I used a slow cooker and let it cook all day, and the lamb was fall-apart tender.
