Steps:
- 1. Place torn chicken into a bowl
- 2. Add onion, celery,dried cranberries and pickle relish. Stir to combine all.
- 3. Add mayonnaise, salt and papper to taste and sprinkle with celery seeds.
- 4. Stir all until all ingredients are blended well and covered with mayonnaise.
- 5. Serve as a sandwish or over greens as a chicken salad.
