Orange Sugar Glaze image

I discovered this powdered sugar glaze when I ran out of milk one day and needed to whip up a glaze for my bundt cake. It goes great with chocolate bundt cakes or orange bundt cakes even just as a great glaze on sugar cookies if you're looking for that little something different. It also went great with Evie*'s recipe Recipe #11712 here on Zaar. Thanks for a perfect compliment to my icing Evie*!

Overall, I was disappointed with this glaze. It was too thick, burned easily, and didn't have much flavor.

I found that the glaze burned easily. I had to keep a close eye on it while it was cooking.

The glaze was a little too thick for my taste. I had to add some water to thin it out.

I'm not a big fan of orange flavored things, but I have to say, this glaze was surprisingly good. The orange flavor was subtle and not overpowering.
