Oven Baked Omelette image

I made this breakfats dish last year for Chistmas morning. It is so easy that I could enjoy the gift-giving without being worried about burning my omlettes. After the holidyas I have found that there are lots of mornings that I have better things to do then cook 4 individual omlettes. Enjoy!

I was really impressed with how easy this recipe was to follow. Even though I'm not a very experienced cook, I was able to make this omelet without any problems.
