I made this breakfats dish last year for Chistmas morning. It is so easy that I could enjoy the gift-giving without being worried about burning my omlettes. After the holidyas I have found that there are lots of mornings that I have better things to do then cook 4 individual omlettes. Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Melt the butter in a 13 X 9 glass baking dish.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl beat together the eggs, milk, salt and sour cream.
- 3. Pour the mixture over the butter.
- 4. Stir in the onions and top with cheese.
- 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 35 minutes or until the eggs are set, but moist.
